OFFICE BUILDING ADAPTIVE REUSE

Substantial renovation of a historic bar, restaurant and owners home into and office building currently occupied by the architect and owner's graphic studio. Renovation retained and restored the existing back bar in place, the historic stair details and refinishing the existing second floor wood floors.
